Canine Boarding Kennel

Tamarack Farms Boarding Kennel is nestled on 55 acres of bush, trails and farmland.  Our facility is very conveniently located off Hwy 17 West in McKerrow, 45 minutes from Sudbury and close to beautiful Manitoulin Island, Massey and the North Shore.

We have a small hobby farm where your canine best friend will have the opportunity to meet a variety of animals including, horses, ducks, chickens and guinea fowl.  Of course, these meet and greets are always fully supervised. 

We have beautiful woodland trails for your dog to explore and enjoy. 

Our goal is to make your dog’s stay with us as unique, fun filled and special as possible.  Your canine best friend will be treated with kindness, understanding and respect.  We want them to have a home away from home experience.  We offer an enriching opportunity to explore (on leash) all the sights and smells of nature and the great outdoors.

We welcome all well-behaved breeds.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate aggressive dogs as we have our own dogs on the farm. 

We encourage dog owners and their canine best friends to attend a meet and greet wherever possible. Call us - we'll make it happen! We are also happy to offer a discount for two or more dogs from the same family, when they stay in the same kennel. 

Our fully fenced play area affords well behaved dogs an opportunity to socialize and play with other canine guests. 

 

Boarding Requirements

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and owners must provide proof of vaccinations.
